Hunton Executive is thrilled to welcome Anthea Gribbin as Director, Executive Search for Healthcare. With her extensive experience in executive search and HR, Anthea will drive our services for healthcare organisations, bringing a deeply insightful, data-driven approach.
She will support public and private hospitals, PE-backed healthcare companies, charities, medical institutions, and agencies across Australia, Japan, APAC, and Middle East. Her role complements the role of Anna Frost, Director, Executive Search for Life Sciences.
Anthea holds a Management (Leadership) degree and Postgraduate CIPD qualification, with over 20 years of experience in talent strategies, workforce planning, and executive search. Most recently, she served as HR Director for UK-based healthcare company, providing first-hand insight into industry challenges. Her background also includes in-house and agency roles in executive search, making her uniquely positioned to understand clients’ needs.
Throughout her career, Anthea has optimised talent acquisition strategies, enhanced processes, and implemented strategic workforce initiatives. At Hunton, she will leverage search strategy, talent mapping, and pipeline development, data-driven insights and advanced technologies, to help clients scale efficiently and attract leadership talent.
