Vanessa Meikle
CEO + FOUNDER
Vanessa Meikle works with Boards, CEOs and CHROs across healthcare and life sciences when leadership appointments carry material risk.
With more than 25 years of global experience, she specialises in executive search and leadership advisory across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, medical devices, diagnostics and healthcare providers. Her work focuses on executive leadership, succession and growth-critical appointments where governance, cultural alignment and speed to impact are critical.
Vanessa founded Hunton Executive in 2020 to address the gap between traditional search models and the complexity of healthcare and life sciences. The firm delivers senior-led, behaviourally informed executive search across Australia, the United States, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.
She is also Co-Founder of Axis Health Co. and Entrepreneurial Women in Health (EWiH). Together, these roles place her at the centre of the sector – connecting leaders, organisations and capital, and providing perspective grounded in real-world market insight.
Anthea Gribbin
DIRECTOR & PRINCIPLE, EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Anthea Gribbin has more than 20 years of experience across healthcare and life sciences, partnering with organisations to secure leaders who drive performance, growth and long-term value.
Her background spans healthcare providers, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech and medical devices across Australia, Asia-Pacific, the UK and Europe. She has worked across agency, in-house and HR leadership roles, including with Novartis and as HR Director within a UK healthcare provider.
This experience gives her a practical, inside-out understanding of leadership and how organisations scale.
At Hunton Executive, Anthea works with Boards, CEOs and leadership teams at critical moments of growth – including scale-ups, private equity-backed businesses, multinational organisations and healthcare providers managing complexity and transformation.
Her approach is hands-on, direct and commercially grounded, ensuring leadership decisions are aligned to where the business is going.
Andrea Croft
ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Andrea Croft is an organisational psychologist who is responsible for Hunton Executive’s psychometric assessments, leadership development, performance coaching and onboarding transition coaching. Andrea is a business psychologist with extensive experience applying psychological principles to improve individual, team and organisational growth and performance. She partners with leaders and People & Culture professionals to enhance their organisation’s leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and create high-performance cultures. She brings a wealth of experience in assessment, coaching and leadership development gained in the Health Care and Life Sciences industry. She has worked across the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the UK and the US.

Josianne Robb is a senior executive leader with a 30-year international career leading global technical and commercial teams towards design, development, commercialisation, and adoption of digital solutions. With unique leadership and corporate experience encompassing leadership development, business development and partnering, transformation and change in Europe and Asia, across several industries, Josianne has both breadth and depth of executive experience to coach leaders to deliver immediate results. Josianne is an experienced board director, c-suite executive, NLP master practitioner, executive coach, and entrepreneur.
