After 20 years of building successful workforces for healthcare companies, Vanessa Meikle has a deep understanding of the link between an organisation’s leadership and its performance. Vanessa studied psychology at university, and from there developed an interest in what makes leaders truly extraordinary. She’s since trained in organisational and professional career coaching and spent two decades working in executive search, recruitment and organisational consulting. She founded Hunton Executive in 2020 to help healthcare companies hire, develop and retain the best leaders. She’s also a member of the AICD and an active board member.
During her 20 years of working in senior and executive level global healthcare recruitment, Anna has developed a strong grasp of the needs of both candidates and clients. Her experience spans working in both an internal and external capacity, which has given her a firm understanding of how organisations and business processes work. She uses her degree in psychology and qualifications in coaching to make meaningful assessments of candidates, and to take a strategic, proactive approach to ensuring the best outcomes for clients. Anna’s well-rounded input forms a key part of Hunton Executive’s mission to help healthcare companies in 15 countries to hire, develop and retain the best leaders.
Josianne Robb is a senior executive leader with a 30-year international career leading global technical and commercial teams towards design, development, commercialization, and adoption of digital solutions. With unique leadership and corporate experience encompassing leadership development, business development and partnering, transformation and change in Europe and Asia, across several industries, Josianne has both breadth and depth of executive experience to coach leaders to deliver immediate results. Josianne is an experienced board director, c-suite executive, NLP master practitioner, executive coach, and entrepreneur. She has extensive global experience transforming people, perspective, and performance by helping people and organizations adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Andrea Croft is an organisational psychologist who is responsible for Hunton Executive’s assessments and onboarding. Andrea is a business psychologist with extensive experience applying psychological principles to improve individual, team and organisational growth and performance. She partners with leaders and People & Culture professionals to enhance their organisation’s leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and create high-performance cultures. She brings a wealth of experience in assessment, coaching and leadership development gained in the Health Care and Life Sciences industry. She has worked across the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the UK and the US.
