Vanessa Meikle

CEO + FOUNDER

For more than 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to the healthcare and life sciences industries – building workforces, advising on leadership, and supporting growth through strategic talent solutions. I’ve had the privilege of working globally to help organisations attract, retain, and develop the extraordinary leaders they need to succeed in an increasingly complex and evolving sector.

My passion for leadership began with my foundation in psychology and organisational coaching. Over the years, through every search, partnership, and conversation, that passion has deepened. I’ve seen how exceptional leadership not only drives performance but also shapes culture, fuels innovation, and creates lasting organisational impact.

In 2020, I founded Hunton Executive with a clear mission: to raise the standard of leadership across global healthcare and life sciences. Today, we partner with clients across Australia, the USA, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East delivering high-touch, insight-led executive search and leadership advisory services tailored to the unique needs of the sector.

Alongside Hunton Executive, I co-founded Axis Health Co., a hands-on advisory firm focused on solving the sector’s most critical commercial and policy challenges. At Axis Health Co., I collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions across the entire product life cycle – from policy and reimbursement to commercial strategy and leadership readiness. This work enriches my insight, strengthens my networks, and expands our collective ability to drive value and success in the Australian healthcare market.

I’m also proud to have co-founded Entrepreneurial Women in Health (EWIH), a purpose-led community connecting and elevating women founders, innovators, and executives who are transforming healthcare. Through EWIH, I remain closely attuned to emerging trends, support women at all stages of their entrepreneurial journey, and contribute to building a more connected, inclusive, and innovative healthcare ecosystem. It’s a space where leadership, collaboration, and bold ideas thrive.

Anthea Gribbin

DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Anthea Gribbin is a highly experienced executive search, talent acquisition, and human resources (people and culture) specialist with over 20 years of success partnering with healthcare providers and services, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and medtech organisations across Australia, APAC, UK and Europe. She has deep expertise in hiring for complex, regulated sectors such as healthcare, mental health, pharmaceuticals, and MedTech, underpinned by her background as an HR Director in the UK healthcare system, a Talent Acquisition Lead in a multinational pharmaceutical company and leading recruitment agencies within the healthcare and life sciences market. Anthea holds a degree in Management (Leadership) and a Postgraduate CIPD qualification in HR, giving her both the academic foundation and practical experience to drive leadership transformation. Known for her hands-on, strategic approach, she builds robust human-centered recruitment functions, refines best-in-class hiring strategies, and ensures leadership talent aligns with organisational goals. Whether scaling a high-growth business or strengthening an executive team, Anthea consistently delivers senior leaders who create long-term impact.

Andrea Croft

ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Andrea Croft is an organisational psychologist who is responsible for Hunton Executive’s psychometric assessments, leadership development, performance coaching and onboarding transition coaching. Andrea is a business psychologist with extensive experience applying psychological principles to improve individual, team and organisational growth and performance. She partners with leaders and People & Culture professionals to enhance their organisation’s leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and create high-performance cultures. She brings a wealth of experience in assessment, coaching and leadership development gained in the Health Care and Life Sciences industry.   She has worked across the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the UK and the US.
